Connecting with you
You’ll find my therapy sessions to be structured but welcoming and comfortable because I always show up with an open mind and open heart. I strive to create a connection that aligns with who you truly are.
Rest assured that while therapy is a serious endeavor and I take your healing very seriously, there will be humor and levity to approach the heavy stuff at hand. We will give honor and respect to your struggles and sometimes explore the insanity of it all.
There will be much exploration and curiosity throughout the process, but you will feel safe and supported as we dig deep.
Focus on your healing
You’ll be given direction in finding the resolution to problems and space to let them go. Our main priority will be creating a space where you can get to the root of your hurt and pain and figure out how to heal it.
We will use a variety of methods to facilitate change, which results in feeling better and gaining greater knowledge about how to take charge of your own mental well-being.
Together, we’ll find opportunities for you to identify, explore, and strengthen parts of yourself that are strong and healthy and parts of yourself that will aid in your healing.
The goal is to help you find your strength through healing and accompany you on your transformational journey. We will focus on you feeling better and living the life you desire.
